Use PromptCueLab Inside Claude and Other AI Agents (MCP)

mcpproductpromptsai

Here's a small irony of working with an AI assistant: it can write a prompt for you, but it can't hand you the one that already works. The prompt someone tested last week, tuned for exactly this task, and knows the failure modes of — that lives in a library, not in the model's head. PromptCueLab is that library, and now your assistant can reach into it directly.

PromptCueLab is live as an MCP server. MCP — the Model Context Protocol — is the open standard that lets AI agents call real tools instead of improvising. Connect it once and Claude (or ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client) can search a curated prompt library, compare AI models with live pricing, and refine a rough prompt — using our data, not a cold guess.

What your assistant can do

  • Search the prompt library — 100+ human-tested prompts by keyword, category, or profession, returned as the full, ready-to-use text. Ask "find me a cold-email prompt" and get a proven starting point, not a first draft.
  • Compare AI models — list models with live input/output pricing, context window, and strengths. "Which model is cheapest for a long-document summary?" becomes a real answer backed by current numbers.
  • Refine a prompt — hand it a rough prompt and get back a structured one: role, context, instructions, output format, and constraints, with bracket placeholders.

Searching the library and reading the model catalog are free. Refining has a daily free allowance. Because the assistant reasons over the results, whole workflows fall out for free: "find a proven prompt for X and adapt it to my brand," or "pick the cheapest capable model, then write the prompt for it."

Connect in about two minutes

In your MCP client, open connector settings, add a custom connector, and paste the Keelara MCP server URL — leave the OAuth fields blank, since registration is automatic. Sign in with a free Keelara account, set the tools to Always allow, and go. The full walkthrough and FAQ are on the PromptCueLab MCP page, and you can try each tool live in the linked Keelara console playground.

The rest of PromptCueLab, still here

The connector complements the app, not replaces it. Keep browsing the full library at /browse and polishing prompts in the AI Refiner when you want the visual experience. And because CraftMyStack, MatchMyTool, and CraftMyFlow are MCP servers too, one Keelara login gives your assistant the whole toolkit — prompts, tool stacks, and workflow automation in one place. Connect PromptCueLab and stop starting from a blank prompt.
